We wanted to update the light fixture in the kitchen but $300 was a little rough. I came across a tutorial that was just what I was looking for. Making a cover to go over the existing fixture. Much cheaper! Two embroidery hoops, plexiglass and burlap. $34 was much better!
I am happy with it! And so far it hasn't fallen. :)

I have some pallet boards in the garage waiting for a project. I thought of making one into a coat rack! So I got hooks at walmart and used this natural stain for the wood.
Black tea and White vinegar with steel wool mixture. Turns out so cool!
Coat rack finished product:)
